Obama wants European debt action after EU summit

The official meeting is contacted at White House by the US President Brack Obama and European Union leaders focused the concern about the financial situation in European nations that may also intimidate the US economy likely.

 This summit comes as the forecaster caution that the Euro could be days away from falling. The US pledged that that they can maintain the capacity to solve the financial woe but the officials at Europe pointed that the economic problem in Europe harmfully affects the US.

The White House news said that the subject of listed scheme for the US and EU summit also comprise the democracy in the Middle East and North Africa and Iran.

The members who participated in this meeting with Obama are European Council President Herman Van Rompuy, European Commission President JosDe Manuel Barroso, and High Representative Catherine Ashton. They will negotiate about the global economy concerns that make stronger growth in the economic benefits. This commitment is to get better transatlantic law enforcement and counter terrorism cooperation, the White House added.

Basketball Day for Obama

US President Barack Obama plan to spend this day with playing basketball. He plans to play hoops in the morning and then heading out to the college game at the Oregon state. This team is coached highly equipped by his brother-in-law Craig Robinson.

Today morning Obama is playing hoops at McNair with Reggie Love. Love is leaving by the end of the year and also he played golf with Obama on Friday.

After that Obama has travel to Towson University with his family. After the game is over on Saturday with Fort McNair, Obama liked to approve the tentative deal reached earlier in the day to end the NBA lockout. When he was asked about the latent agreement, Obama showed “thumbs up” and added “Good Deal.”

 

Christmas tree arrived at the White House

The staffers of the white house have traveled to Wisconsin to pick out the Christmas tree, the centre part of the White House Christmas decorations. The decorations have been done to respect the Blue star families.  The tree was carried by the horse drawn carriage and it was welcomed by Michelle Obama, daughters Malia and Sasha, and Bo, the family dog. The tree was delivered at the doorstep on Friday.

It is the Balsam Fir of height 19 foot tall from Schroeder’s Forevergreens near Neshkoro, Wisconsin and will be displayed throughout the holiday season in the Blue Room of the White House.

Michelle Obama said that the Christmas tree makes the white house Christmas celebration more highlights and peculiar. On Saturday with her husband expect to be back in their blue jeans, working at their retail lot and serving customers.

Obama plan to give first look at declarations for the military families, Gold star, Blue Star parents, spouses and children. The Christmas tree is awarded to White House since 1966 by the Christmas Tree Association.   

Brack Obama on the GCC-brokered Agreement in Yemen

US President Obama has gladly welcomed the decision made by the Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Salehs to step down the GCC-brokered agreement in Yemen on Wednesday. 

At per the White House news, Obama has pleasured by the Yemen Government action and opposition to agree the formation of new government within 14 days and also they hold the upcoming early presidential election within the next three months. 

Obama has suggested that this transfer power will step forward to the Yemeni people. They also have full deserved to declare their own future. 

This agreement brings Yemeni people very important step to conclude their aspirations for the best beginning in Yemen, President Obama added.

He urged for quick implementation to the agreement. He has also pledged to service the country in their transition and proofing the main work done by the Gulf Cooperation Council partners.

US President signs New Mexico disaster declaration

In the last August form 19^th to 24^th, the America’s famous Mew Mexico state was heavily affected by the major disaster.  For this issue Obama plan to declare the relief funds for the affected areas. The agency for Federal Emergency Management has announced that federal fund is supply to the state, tribal, and the entitled local governments.

In the flooded areas which includes Cibola and Sandoval Counties and in the Pueblo of Acoma and the Pueblo of Santa Clara, the money is allocated for the replacement and the maintenance work in the affected places. The money can be provided to the other damaged areas, if requested by the state, Federal Emergency Management Agency added.

These funds are also allocated to the non profit organizations on a cost sharing concept for the emergency repair in the damaged areas.  W. Craig Fugate is the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security, and Thomas J. McCool as the Federal Coordinating Officer for Federal recovery operations in the affected area.

Obama’s Plan to Increase Taxes on the Rich

The plan was unveiled by Obama on Monday morning at the white house and that could come to effect by the government agencies. The US president Obama plan to implement new jobs that able to provide the tax cut for nearly 160 million workers by expanding the payroll tax cut ranges from 2 percent to 3.1 percent in the year 2012.

As per the Obama’s announcement according to the tax, it will increase gradually by the next year. At present the tax formalities are less enough that total earnings of the family will save a lot. But the government news for the tax will rise upto $1,000 for the earnings of the person $50,000 a year.

This announcement for the tax cut is highly benefits for the business persons. The payroll tax bill has cut for half that is it is decreased from 6.2 percent to 3.1 percent for the first $5 million in their wages. Approximately 98 percent of the business will undergo this process. Obama has also informed that the full payroll tax to add workers or increase the wages at the time of holidays.

Oscar Charged for Trying to Kill Obama

The young man Oscar Ortega-Hernandez of age 21 who has called the US President Obama as the ‘devil’ and soughed as ‘anti Christ’ and also fired at white house on Nov. 11. He was arrested by the Pennsylvanian police on Wednesday.

That bullet was braked the protective ballistic glass of the white house. In the middle of the family’s living area, the Yellow Oval room was damaged. According to the eyewitnesses, the shooter was firing from inside a car.

The president Obama was not at the White House at that incident. At that time of shooting Obama and his wife were in California, because of that none was injured. Then he was arrested near Indiana.

He was appeared in federal court in DC on Monday. If he is convicted, could spend many years in prison or a mental hospital.

The successful Asia trips by Obama

The American president Barack Obama has completed his nine days visit to the places around the Asia. Obama returns to US on Sunday. Once again, he has made the good relationship with China. After the trip Obama has announced that the visit had helped to give a chance for the youths through nearly 130000 jobs. Still he did not made any firm commitments from Russia or China for the nuclear program at Iran.

During the summit, Obama and his counterparts deeply discussed about the economic issues and also they also verified the related topics about the disaster response and territorial disputes over the South China Sea, an area critical to maritime shipping and one rich in oil and fish.

Because of the 2012 election year, for some of these reasons president Obama plan has avoided to travel Hawaii, Australia and Indonesia. He has renewed, the futile schemes, his jobs bill as he aims to cast Republicans as the ones to blame. In these days, president Obama has also announced another agreement for the US marines at Australia. In addition, he has negotiation with Chinese Officials and some of other leader for the economic and security issues.
